The rice dryers at The Dryer are rows of tall, round concrete silos built from 1943 onwards. One of them will become a restaurant: a round dining room with the silo walls all around you and 50 feet of open ceiling overhead.

Prefer the open air? Sit outside between two tall silos, in the passage between the concrete towers.

Coming soon in 2028
Until then, Katy Beer Garden is open daily until 2 AM, with food trucks out front. Eat & drink at The Dryer today.

Also planned: Katy Food Court

A brick-and-mortar Katy Food Court is planned (ETA 2027). In the meantime, food trucks serve Texas BBQ, tacos and American food in front of Katy Beer Garden.
