Katy Food Court

The Dryer is planning a brick-and-mortar Katy Food Court (ETA 2027). Vendors lined up so far:

  • Cafe and BakeryWe are working with a local business to bring a great coffee shop with a few baked goods and savory sandwiches.
  • Fusion GrillKnown for their decadent burgers and gourmet fries, this popular burger joint will serve American grub at The Dryer.
  • Taqueria Tex-TacoThe most popular and established taco stand in Katy. For more than 18 years Tex-Taco has served the most delicious tacos, burritos and more.
  • Wood Fired PizzaWanted: we are looking for a wood-fired pizza vendor.
  • Jos BrisketJos’Brisket has been perfecting and serving the Katy area for a few years. Started from home and ready for The Dryer.
  • Noodle (Asian)Fast casual Asian cuisine: varieties of Asian noodles and marinated meats on skewers.

Also coming: the Restaurant inside the Silo and the Vendors Marketplace.

What we provide

Demand

Hungry crowd

Katy Beer Garden only serves bar foods and snacks. That makes great demand for food trucks to provide great food and drinks.

50 A

Electrical plug

We provide a NEMA 14-50R connector. You need to provide a 25′ cable to connect.

Water

Water connection

A water connection with a standard 3/4″ garden connector. You must bring your own hose to connect.

Wi-Fi

Internet

Internet connectivity via a secured Wi-Fi connection. Look for the SSID “Food Trucks at The Dryer”.

Before you book

Vendor requirements

Harris County health permit

All food vendors must have a valid Harris County food establishment permit.

Food manager / handler

At any time during your operation you are required to have at least one person on site with a valid food manager/handler certification.

City of Katy food truck permit

The City of Katy requires a valid food truck permit to operate.

Apply here

Trailer vs. truck

If you are operating a trailer instead of a truck, please let us know in advance.

POS and paging system

You must accept credit cards and cash using your own POS system. You also must have your own paging system.

Waste water containment

Your truck or trailer must be equipped to collect your waste water. You cannot drain your waste water at our facility.

Reserve your space

We have limited space and bookings are done at least 1.5 months ahead of time. Please fill out the form below.

Clean up

Before you leave, every food truck is required to clean their space. Make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies.
