The J.V. Cardiff & Sons Rice Dryer has been neglected and abandoned for a few decades. The risks were very high to acquire and start preservation of The Dryer. These organizations have helped The Dryer project tremendously.

This project can not exists without the generosity and kindness from Capital Real Estate Investment (Richard Rolland, Marc Deer and Blake Deer). CRETX changed their plan and sold us the land which would allow this project to exists.

Adrienne Davitz President of Katy Heritage Society has been instrumental from the beginning of the project. We appreciate her time, advices, guidance and historical knowledge.

Since we acquired The Dryer in February 2021, many organizations and individuals contacted us with their help and support.  We are truly blessed to have such a strong community.  We appreciate our community for supporting The Dryer project.
